Work With Us

Tutor Position

Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton

Individuals wanted to work in a really rewarding, exciting job with children.

Do you have experience working with children?

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work 1:1 and as part of a team with autistic children who have been awarded a charitable bursary from The Playhouse Foundation in Hampshire.

The Playhouse Foundation is part of the special educational needs local offer in Hampshire and works together with multiple agencies and professionals.

Self-employed positions in various three-hour sessions in Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton (opportunity to fit around the school run) and further Hampshire locations in the future.

Our programmes are play based in individuals’ homes, so you need to be fun! All programmes use principles of applied behaviour analysis (ABA). We are looking for both experienced tutors to lead our teams as well as new tutors. For inexperienced tutors, full training will be provided both initially and throughout your role within our team.
Opportunities to gain Registered Behavioural Technician (RBT) supervision hours to suit individual candidates.

All Programmes are overseen by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and a Behavioural Consultant.

If you are interested and would like to find out more about what the work would involve, then please contact Vicky Stanley at playhousefoundation@icloud.com
