, The Playhouse Foundation organised a Positive Handling Training course led by Team-Teach, to all of our consultants and tutors.
Endorsed by Hampshire and widely recognised across the UK and around the world as the appropriate training model, Team-Teach provides the correct balance of reducing risk, restraint and restriction within a clear ethical framework.
The aim of this training was to equip all our staff to deliver effective and consistent strategies when keeping themselves, the child and those around them safe from injury. It also provided our teams with a great chance to get to know each other!
