At The Playhouse Foundation, we are super-excited to be able to announce that another family have been awarded one of our bursaries! Meet little Lena, who was assessed for autism at 23 months old and officially diagnosed soon after.
As with all our families Lena will receive the educational programme ABA in which a Behavioural Consultant and a team of tutors will provide up to 30 hours per week of early play activities to motivate and promote early signs of language, communication and social engagement. In addition, our Advisor will work with Lena’s mother to help assist with the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) in order to aim to facilitate the right provision for Lena to achieve her full potential!
