A HUGE thank you to Julian Griffith, who rode the full length of The South Downs Way to raise funds for our Foundation! Julian raised a colossal £1,237.23 which will provide young children with autism, the opportunity to reach their full potential by supporting them with an early intervention programme.
Julian explained “Autism has had a direct affect on my family, so I know the life-changing benefits that can come from the very earliest possible involvement of autism specialists. I feel that this innovative charity can make an amazing difference to the life opportunities of very young children diagnosed with autism.”
At The Playhouse Foundation, we provide families with a team of tutors led by a Behavioural Consultant (BCBA) to incorporate techniques and principles to bring about meaningful and positive changes in behaviour. All of our beneficiaries will acquire the skills to improve their functional daily living and communication, play and social interaction and allow them access to the most appropriate school setting with provision to best match their needs.
